JOSH TEWELL is very grateful for the opportunity to perform his first show with SLAC. He moved to Salt Lake in 2019 and performed in Utah Repertory’s Angels in America, Part One. Previous credits include Blood Wedding and Dracula: A Gothic Mystery in Philadelphia, The Tempest and Rope in New York City, and national tours of Arabian Nights and Harold and the Purple Crayon with Enchantment Theatre Company. He also toured the Pacific Northwest with Missoula Children’s Theatre, teaching and directing Jack and the Beanstalk. Much of Josh’s training is in devised and physical theatre, having studied abroad at the Accademia dell’Arte in Tuscany, Italy; he also holds a BA in theatre from Muhlenberg College in PA. He thanks his friends, family, and partner for their endless encouragement throughout the challenges of a global pandemic and general mid-thirties existential anxieties. He wouldn’t be onstage today without them.
