Darci Ramirez (understudy Ramola/Ensemble) This is Darci's first credit at Salt Lake Acting Company, and she is thrilled to have the opportunity to work with these amazing artists! She received her BFA in Acting from Brigham Young University with a minor in Anthropology. Her most recent credits include Juror #8 in Twelve Angry Jurors at Brigham Young University and Helen/Diana (u/s) in All’s Well that Ends Well at the Utah Shakespeare Festival, where she has also worked for the past 5 seasons as Seminar Manager, Literary Assistant, and Assistant Dramaturg. Born and raised in American Fork Utah, her most recent work has centered on embracing the nuances, contradictions, and discoveries of mixed and gradient identities – resulting in workshops and presentations at national theatre conferences, academic publications, and the writing of La Posadera, produced in 2022 through Microburst Theatre Festival and is a prospective participant in the 2023 Great Salt Lake Fringe Festival. And for each family member, friend, mentor and educator that has helped her along her path (even in seemingly simple ways) – there simply aren’t words to express the kind of gratitude that’s due. "Gracias por todo. Paciencia y fe."
